摘要： The developed methodology allows the preparation of 3D scaffolds with multi-level tunable nano- and microenvironments that highly affect cell fate. The structuring method has shown to be effective for the introduction and stabilization of osteoinductive factors derived from hPL. By playing with the structuring parameters, the density of the hPL presented to cells, the profile and even the spatial-temporal release, highly bioactive 3D tissue engineered bone constructs can be created.
