摘要: Currently Germany takes the leading role in Europe concerning biogas production, with over 7 000biogas plants and over 80 biogas upgrading plants. In order to achieve the ambitious German aims of six billion Nm~3of biomethane until 2020 and ten billion Nm~3 of biomethane until 2030 for grid injection, different laws andregulations were passed. The most important ones are the Renewable Energy Act (EEG) and the Gas Network AccessOrdinance (GasNZV). Germany has one of the most dense and complex gas grids in Europe. The diversity withactors (e.g. grid owners and plant operators) in the field of grid injection and different biogas qualities and upgradingtechnologies determine the technical requirements for grid injection. The technical grid admissions, as well as thespecial conditions of biomethane quality are regulated among others in the DVGW-worksheets. Biogas respectivelybiomethane is playing an increasing role in the European energy market, with increasing numbers of plants beingbuilt and with more and more countries showing an increasing interest.
