摘要： Pizza Hut is an international food company that has established partnerships with paprika farmers in Buluballea Village, Pattapang Village, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. Paprika is a vegetable that farmers have just cultivated after partnering with Pizza Hut. The partnership is expected to increase farmers' income and welfare levels in Buluballea Village. Meanwhile, for Pizza Hut, this partnership is expected to guarantee the supply of quality vegetables, especially peppers, that meet the grade standards required by Pizza Hut. Based on this, this study aims to (1) Identify the pattern of partnerships that exist between pepper farmers in Buluballea Village and Pizza Hut; (2) Knowing the process of implementing partnership activities, and (3) Analyze the benefits of the partnership obtained by pepper farmers in Buluballea Village with Pizza Hut. The results showed that the partnership that existed between paprika farmers in Buluballea Village and Pizza Hut was a sub-contract partnership pattern with the process of implementing the partnership including building pepper greenhouses, procuring production facilities, assisting partner farmers, cultivation, harvest and post-harvest processes, payments, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Partnership benefits obtained by partner farmers obtain partnership benefits in the form of economic, technical, social, and environmental preservation benefits. Pizza Hut obtains a supply of quality vegetables, especially peppers, which impacts the smooth operation of Pizza Hut. economic, technical, social, and environmental preservation benefits.
