摘要： Export of agricultural products and processed foods is important for economic growth and sustainable development of agriculture and food industries in Japan.The Government of Japan listed a total of twenty-nine agricultural products and processed foods as items recommended for exports with an aim to expand the overseas market to 5 trillion yen in 2030 from 1.4 trillion yen in 2022(1).Considering that only 2%of the total amount of domestic food productions is exported now in Japan,the numerical target could be achieved before 2030(for comparison,the percentage values[foods exported/domestic production]are 21%，24%，87%in UK,Italy,Netherland and 11%,26%in USA and France)(1).
