摘要： In the context of sustained growth of grain demand and the accelerated upgrading of diet structure, grasping the change characteristics and trend of domestic grain consumption can provide important support to promoting the consumption upgrading and ensuring food security.This article looks at the spatial distribution of grain consumption in China, and its outlook based on the trend of main influence factors.Results show that domestic grain consumption had kept growth over the past 15 years, among which the grain for food consumption decreased, while both industry and feed increased.For the spatial pattem, the trend of "eastward" was obvious, and the South kept a relative equilibrium with the North.It also indicates that the grain consumption, especially the feed consumption, will still keep growth driven by main influence factors, such as,population increase, urbanization process and the upgrading of dietary pattem.The gap between the East and the West will relieve and the balanced pattem of south-north will be kept.
