摘要： An increasing share of fluctuating sources (wind and solar) is causing problems on power supply andgrid security, fluctuations therefore must be balanced. Biomass as a storable energy carrier can be a technical optionfor that. In decentralized applications, solid fuel micro-CHP concepts have the potential to support the electrical gridwhile supplying domestic users with heat and power. For the technical and systems assessment of these units,experience from the evaluation of domestic heat production can be used. For technical evaluation for the potential ofmicro-CHP systems to deliver demand-driven bioenergy, a classification based on the primary thermo-chemicalconversion process(es) and the electrical power production process is helpful.
