摘要: The supplementation of additives is an effective strategy for treating solid waste through aerobic composting. While the use of individual porous materials or microbial agents has been explored, research on a novel synergistic approach-employing biochar and zeolite co-loaded with composite microbial agents to enhance biogas residue composting-remains limited. This study addresses this critical gap by comprehensively investigating the impact of this innovative co-loaded system on physicochemical properties, lignocellulose degradation, humification, bacterial communities, and metabolic functions during aerobic composting, alongside optimizing the inoculation ratio. The findings consistently indicated that the co-loaded composite microbial agents significantly enhanced composting efficiency. An optimal inoculation ratio of 1 % was determined, leading to a 72.61 % increase in the seed germination index. This optimized treatment notably enhanced hemicellulose and cellulose degradation, reaching 35.37 % and 43.52 %, respectively, and the humic acid to fulvic acid (HA/FA) ratio peaked at 1.85. Bacterial community analysis revealed Pseudomonadota, Actinomycetota, Bacteroidota, Chloroflexota, and Bacillota as the most abundant phyla (79 %-91 %), with Actinomycetota and Bacillota associated with lignocellulose degradation. Metabolic function analysis showed high abundances of Carbohydrate metabolism (9.55 %-9.81 %) and Amino acid metabolism (8.08 %-8.45 %), reflecting active organic matter transformation. Correlation analysis further revealed that unclassified_Bacteroidales_genus and Devosia were positively correlated with HA formation. The results provide a scientifically-backed framework for developing efficient and environmentally sustainable composting solutions, advancing resource recovery from biogas residue and aligning with circular economy principles for organic waste management.
