摘要: 荔枝为果中珍品,但保鲜难度极大,熟果在常温下存放3—5天即发生褐变、干缩或腐败,商品价值大大降低。通用的简便贮藏方法有两种:1、低温加限气贮藏法杀菌后的荔枝装入保鲜袋,密封袋口,置于1—5℃低温环境下贮藏;2、坛藏法杀菌后的荔枝装入坛内(坛口要小),密封坛口,埋于阴凉通风处的沙土中。2法的原理同1法
